Pick-em Hubs

Agreement

By creating an account or using Pick-em Hubs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Pick-em Hubs lets friends run private tournament pick-em pools. Point totals and any prize amounts discussed between friends are informational only. The app is not a gambling operator and does not process payments or wagers. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any private agreements, wagers, or prizes arranged offline between users.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, uploading unlawful images, attempting to access other users' private data, or disrupting the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. profile or hub images). You grant us a licence to store and display that content solely to operate the service. You must have the right to upload any image you submit.

Intellectual property

Team names and crests displayed in fixtures belong to their respective clubs and leagues. Match data is provided by football-data.org. The app name, design, and original content are ours or our licensors'.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Match data may be delayed or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the EU.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence.
